About our services

We provide care and support services that are both CQC-regulated (checked and registered by the Care Quality Commission) and services that do not require regulation, such as community activities and outreach, supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism. We specialise in supporting people with:

  • Complex needs
  • Profound and multiple learning disabilities
  • Behaviours that challenge

Our mission is to promote independence, choice, and opportunity so that individuals can thrive. We aim to lead the way in delivering innovative, person-centred care.

What we offer

We are a CQC-regulated provider offering a wide range of care and support services for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Residential care homes

Safe, comfortable homes where adults receive 24-hour support in a friendly environment.

  • Greenfield House – a home for 10 adults in the beautiful market town of Leek
  • Hawthorn House – a 24-bed purpose-built home with large gardens, close to local amenities

Respite care (short breaks)

Short stays that give carers a break and allow individuals to enjoy new experiences, make friends, and take part in activities. Respite can be planned or arranged in an emergency.

These breaks help carers recharge and give individuals the chance to socialise and join in activities.

Supported living

Independent living with support on hand when needed. This includes help with personal care, managing household tasks, and staying connected to the community.

  • Horninglow Bungalows – supported living for up to 16 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, including those with complex physical or health needs.

Home care and reablement

Support in your own home to help you stay independent. This can include personal care, help with daily routines, and short-term reablement after illness or hospital stays.

Day opportunities

Activities and sessions to help people stay active, social, and engaged.
