How to make an objection
If anyone has any objection to approval being granted to a venue listed below, they should write to us via email or post. Please state your reasons for objection within 21 days of the application being received:

Why does this notice have to be given?
We have to give notice to comply with the law, specifically sections:
- 26(1)(bb) of the Marriage Acts 1949
- 6(3a)(a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004
Notice is hereby given that applications have been received from the premises listed above, to become approved as a venue for the regular solemnization of civil marriages and civil partnerships under the above Acts.
