Newcastle Enterprise Centre boasts 32 workshop units ranging from 240 sq ft to 600 sq ft in size. These are available to rent on a flexible rolling monthly contract.
This centre is currently undergoing an expansion, which is adding six new workshops to the site. These will be available on minimum five-year leases. Keep checking this page for updates.
