Register of gifts and hospitality

Codes of Conduct for Elected Members and Officers of the County Council require them to declare all gifts and hospitality offered to them with a value of over £50, whether accepted or refused.

The county council maintains and publishes a register of all declarations of gifts and hospitality, where the person to whom the offer was made has consented to that publication.

The Register of Gifts and Hospitality is maintained by the Monitoring Officer.
