Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) and the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) you have a right to request non-personal recorded information that may be held by a public authority.

The law gives you a number of rights to control what personal information is used by us.

We only hold information that supports the functions and activities for which we are responsible.
