Introduction
The fraud data we publish relates to the pro-active fraud prevention and investigation work undertaken by the council’s Internal Audit team.
Staffordshire County Council are not responsible for the provision of social housing. This is a local borough/district council function. We do not have powers under the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud (Power to Require Information) (England) Regulations 2014. We therefore do not hold and publish data relating to social housing related fraud.
Fraud data is published annually for the financial year (April - March).
