The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect information to inform an investigation into why property flooding happened, and where possible, what might be done to reduce the chance of flooding happening again.

If five or more homes flood in one area, we’ll carry out a formal flood investigation. We’ll share the results once it’s finished.
We may share your details with our partners and flood risk authorities, but we won’t pass your data to any other organisations.
