How do I appeal?
You must appeal in writing. Send your appeal to:

What you need to include
Include your PCN number (starting with GE), your full address, and clearly explain why you’re appealing. Attach any evidence that supports your case.
If your first appeal (called an informal challenge) is rejected, you’ll have two more chances to appeal:
- A formal representation
- An appeal to an independent adjudicator through the Traffic Penalty Tribunal
