The Community Learning Service offers a wide range of free or low-cost courses for adults (primarily aged 19+) across Staffordshire.

Gardening in the community

Be inspired to develop gardening skills. Work alongside others and strengthen community ties through hands-on projects that benefit both you and your neighbourhood.

Gardening with numbers

Develop your maths skills through practical gardening. Learn to use measuring, budgeting, and problem-solving through gardening tasks, making maths engaging, hands-on, and relevant to everyday life.

Gardening Woodcraft and the Environment

To introduce and help you feel more confident in gardening, wood working, and conserving our natural environment. Complete design and build projects as part of a team with other learners, and develop your personal skills too.

Get Work Ready! - Neurodiversity

The course is designed to help you to build your skills in applying for work, and describe your transferrable skills towards future work. You will be shown & taught how to help yourself in the workplace, asking for changes to suit your needs.
