Giving us a compliment

Unhappy with our service?

If you have contact with us and are unhappy with the way in which you have been dealt with you, we want to know. We want to put things right, and we always welcome suggestions to help us improve our performance.

If an advisor has given you advice and you disagree, then in the first instance you should discuss this with them.

If the issue cannot be resolved with the person you have been dealing with, ask them for the name and contact details of their manager. You can then speak, or if you prefer, write or email to their manager directly. They will certainly investigate your complaint and tell you what they are going to do about it within ten working days.

However, having raised the matter with the manager, if you are still not satisfied then you can contact Rebecca Lee, Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing becky.lee@staffordshire.gov.uk who will see that your complaint is followed up promptly and fairly.
