Health and safety inspections (LOLER)

Our insurance provider HSB (Munich RE) carries out Thorough Examinations to comply with LOLER. This is a visual safety check only — not servicing.

  • LOLER inspections are not part of the maintenance contract, so you may get visits from both HSB and the maintenance contractor.
  • Any HSB defects on equipment still under warranty are sent to the manufacturer to action.
