What We Publish

We share quarterly data from our contracts register, including:

• Contract titles
• Start and end dates
• Supplier names
• Contract values
• Award types (e.g. direct award, competitive tender)

This information helps suppliers identify potential re-procurement opportunities and supports public accountability.

Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Awards

We also publish data on contracts awarded through our Dynamic Purchasing Systems, which allow flexible procurement across multiple suppliers.

Future Contract Pipeline

Starting in April 2025, we will publish Pipeline Notices for contracts with an estimated value over £2 million. These notices will:

• Be issued shortly after 1 April each year
• Highlight contracts that may be advertised within the next 18 months
• Be published via a new central government portal (currently in development)

This helps suppliers plan ahead and prepare for upcoming opportunities.
