Where support takes place

At home

Home visits can make it easier to talk and try ideas where challenges happen. We’ll always arrange a time that suits you.

At a Youth Offending Service office

Some families prefer meeting at our office. It’s a private, safe space with everything we need for sessions and groups.

At another safe place

If home or the office isn’t right, we can meet in a community venue that’s easy for you to get to and feels comfortable.

We can also go with you to meetings or appointments (for example, school or other services) so you feel supported and your child’s plan stays joined‑up.
