Blue Badge applications are made online via the gov.uk website: Apply for a Blue Badge now
Applications can be processed quicker if you apply online and upload your supporting documents directly to the application form. If you experience difficulties please email: blue.badges@staffordshire.gov.uk

Once an application has been submitted, the Blue Badge team will contact you.
Apply in person
An ICT buddy volunteer, where possible, will be able to assist you with completing an online application.
This service is by appointment only.
You will need to bring all appropriate documents with you when you attend your appointment. These will usually be:
- Proof of address
- Proof of identification
- Proof of any benefits you may be applying under such as your Personal Independence Payment scores or the Disability Living Allowance mobility rate
