How can I apply?
Information required with your application:
- Completed application form
- Detailed plan showing the location of the proposed apparatus or structure
- Specific details including dimensions of the proposed structure
- Signed blank licence
Payment: Please do not include card details on your form. We will contact you for payment once your application has been received and registered.
