Get a free NHS health check
If you're aged 40 to 74 and live in Staffordshire, you may be eligible for a free NHS Health Check. It helps spot early signs of health problems like heart disease or diabetes.

Protect yourself with vaccinations
Flu and COVID-19 vaccines are available to help protect you and those around you. Speak to your GP or local pharmacy to book your vaccination.

Stop smoking support
If you're over 40 and want to quit smoking, free support and stop-smoking aids are available. Quitting can improve your health and save money.
Stay active
Being active helps your body and mind. You don’t need a gym—walking, stretching, or dancing at home all count.

If you're feeling anxious, low or overwhelmed, help is available:

- Access free mental health services
- Join local support groups
Help to get online
If you don’t have access to a device or the internet, Staffordshire’s Donate IT scheme may be able to help. You can also get support at your local library.
