How we use your personal details
- We keep your details in a secure database.
- We process them in line with Data Protection law. Your details are confidential and will not be shared with anyone else without your permission.
By completing this form, you agree that Staffordshire County Council can hold your details to provide your bus pass.
- We keep your details while your pass is valid.
- We delete them 12 months after your pass expires.
We also use your information for:
- Statistics and planning
- Improving bus pass services
- Sharing with other public sector organisations if required by law
Disabled bus pass applicants
You may need an assessment. If so, we will send your name and address securely to our contracted assessor. See the terms and conditions on the online application page.
Fraud prevention
Details of all ENCTS older or disabled bus pass holders are sent to the Cabinet Office for the National Fraud Initiative (NFI)
The NFI compares data between public and private organisations to prevent and detect fraud. It does not need your consent under Data Protection law or GDPR.
