No Response or Application Refused
A verbal enquiry/email or school visit is not a formal application for a school place, so you may not receive a response to your enquiry.
Even if a school tells you they have no places available, you still have the right to apply for a school place.
If you have submitted a formal application and have not received a written response within 15 school days, please contact the school directly in the first instance before contacting the School Admissions Team.
If your child is refused a place at your preferred school you have the right to appeal.
To appeal you must have submitted an application and received a written refusal.
