We’ll check your information and write to you with the result. If you’re eligible for council help, we’ll explain next steps and when any funding can begin.

What we’ll do:

  • review your information and confirm what you pay and what the council pays
  • explain when any funding can start and what we need from you
  • tell you how to report changes to your income, savings or circumstances

If you need more time to return the form, please tell us. If we don’t receive it, you may be charged the full cost until we can assess you.
