About Mindkind

MindKind is an campaign to raise awareness of mental health and challenge the stigma that can surround it.

We want everyone to become more MindKind, which means you understand and agree that:

  • We all have mental health

  • Mental health problems are common and can happen to anyone

  • I can look after my mental health in the same way that I can look after my physical health

  • I know where to go for help/resources

Get involved

Things you can do:

  1. Look around the MindKind intranet pages and learn more about mental health

  2. Take the ' Are you MindKind?' quiz

  3. Take time to look after your own mental health.

  4. Show the introductory film in team meetings or email the link around to your team.

Over the coming months there will be opportunities to get involved in lots of different ways. Whoever you are and whatever you do, we want to help you be more MindKind in a way that fits you.

By learning more about mental health and being part of the conversation, together we can make everyone more mental health aware.

Let's talk

We can all start the conversation by talking about mental health with family, friends and colleagues.
