Being open to talking about mental health can break down any stigma surrounding it. You don’t have to be an expert to talk and to listen, and often it’s the little things that make a big difference.
By learning more about mental health and being part of the conversation, together we can make Staffordshire County Council more mental health aware.
We can all join the conversation by talking about mental health with family, friends and colleagues.
